Mr. Francisco Maldonado started Financiera Uno in 2011 to help support small businesses and entrepreneurs to help them achieve their goals through the development of specialized areas of loans and finance. Mr. Maldonado considers Financiera Uno the first in the financial market to offer more personal attention to the core business of small companies in the south of Mexico. He refers to it as a boutique banking atmosphere that enables his clients to feel comfortable and important, no matter the size of the business they represent. His company is one of the financial institutions to offer loans to small business companies in Mexico. In the future, Francisco, wants to take his company national to offer all small businesses his services. In December 2014 he finished his Senior Executive Program in INCAE Business School and plans to start an MBA soon. He feels that a CEO must keep on learning all the time to keep ahead the business. As his company grows, Mr. Maldonado wants to give back to his community by starting a foundation to help educate children on financial issues in Mexico. He has a can do attitude. He has two more business projects that will start in 2015. Francisco is fluent in Spanish and English.
