Andrew Croasdell has 22 years of industry experience  as an architect and construction executive who has led project teams and managed client accounts throughout the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.  He has also led an international team for a project in the UK from the US and is familiar with forms of contract, building codes and practice standards in the the US, Canada, and UK. Currently, I have dual roles of Business Development and Operation Management for our Corporate Accounts team at Ledcor Construction. I am focused on our current and future lifetime clients and work across 16 of our construction offices to provide consistent deliverables and projects to our clients. Projects include: – specialty and big box retail – retail banking – mixed use Licensed in Washington State, license number 8151 Future Goals: Succession to VP of our Seattle Office Restructuring and leadership of our US business development efforts Obtaining, developing and maintaining long lasting relationships with new clients expanding or entering into new markets Diversification of our project types to include more light industrial and manufacturing, high end residential and retail.
