Ian McGivern MAIB is Owner and Managing Director of the Goodland Building Company. Established in 2008, Goodland Company provides construction, consulting and professional project management services across all facets of building, specializing in high-quality, high-density construction projects including modular construction in Western Australia.

After graduating from the Waikato Institute of Technology, Ian began his career in construction starting out as an apprentice carpenter before eventually moving into project management. After many years of experience he moved into Senior Site management and construction management.

Goodland Building Company is the only building company in Perth, Australia, that has successfully completed a modular project. The company has been recognized for its excellence with numerous awards. In addition, Ian holds the highest accreditation as an Unrestricted Master Builder which allows him to build any type of structure.
