CEO Post Trade Risk and Information Services, ICAP
In August 2015 Jenny joined ICAP as CEO Post Trade Risk and Information Services. Jenny is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the Post Trade Risk and Information division and heads Traiana, TriOptima, Reset, Euclid and the ICAP Information Services businesses.
Jenny had previously been at Standard Bank where she held a variety of roles including CEO of SB Plc and CIB International, CFO and COO for Global Corporate Investment Banking (CIB).
Jenny has worked in investment banking for nearly 30 years and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Jenny trained with Swiss Bank Corporation and moved on to the US broker dealer Paine Webber, before spending 6 years at UBS in various roles which also required her moving to Tokyo for a period. Jenny then spent 9 years with the Japanese broker dealer Nomura driving globalisation of functions, supporting the Group through a US listing, Sarbanes Oxley and the spin-off of their various principal finance and private equity business.
Jenny won the award for Women in the City, Woman of achievement for Financial Services 2011, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, UK. Jenny is a Liveryman for The Worshipful Company of International Bankers.
Throughout her career Jenny has been a pioneer for corporate and social responsibility initiatives; being treasurer and fundraiser for charities including Mencap and NSPCC. She is also an active mentor, initiating and sponsoring various graduate and work opportunity programs. Jenny is a trustee for Ovarian Cancer Action.
