Providing services of LUNARIS Przemyslaw Glowacz, inter alia he was Managing Director, Member of the Management Board at Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A. For several years, he took a role of CIO, COO, CFO being responsible for managing performance; monitoring results; and developing and implementing strategy, objectives, policies, procedures and standards. He worked within the company to build an effective team and coach and develop subordinates, as well as empowering and working with stakeholders to ensure best execution. He also was responsible for representing the company to outside vendors, customers and professional associations, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
Prior to founding LUNARIS Przemyslaw Glowacz, Przemyslaw was the Business Unit Sales Manager at Xerox Inc. There, he was responsible for consultancy and outsourcing services for main customers; development of strategy and objectives; team management; and management of lines and business units, direct and indirect sales, and projects and programs. He also cooperated with the biggest foreign capital enterprises within activities of the change management processes in Poland the CEE Region of Europe, operational excellence, and process re-engineering;, projects or programs management; and evaluated program and service delivery, making and executing changes in operations to ensure maximum efficiency in customers’ environment.
Przemyslaw began his management career at Minolta, where he was in charge of managing business from a whole P&L perspective; holding negotiations with foreign suppliers; setting up pricing and marketing / sales policy; and launching products. Additionally, he was responsible for creating and managing sales channels; developing business in country; working out business strategy; and making budgets.
He is an alumnus of the University of Quebec, and holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Management. He was also studied Executive Study at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as Automation and Computer Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology.
Among others, he holds CFO professional qualifications.
