Dearne Cameron is a highly accomplished and experienced senior business executive with a proven track record for taking organizations to the next level. Currently she wears many hats: She is the founding Partner of Integrated Comms Pty Ltd; Non Executive Director of House with No Steps and Make A Wish Foundation; Advisory Board Member of Work Club Australia and Mentor and Advisory Board for Tech Beach. Integrated Comms is a consulting agency specializing in business development. Here she designs and helps implement ground-breaking strategies to turn around business and create sustainable growth for the future. With a talent for creating strategic alliances with key stakeholders, Dearne is able to operate within a complex matrix, seeking solutions and new ways forward both within the organization and by building new leadership teams. In her other roles as Director, Advisory Board Member and Mentor she applies her extensive skills in marketing, business development, risk management, business strategy and entrepreneurial leadership.
Combining academic knowledge with hard won on the ground experience, Dearne Cameron has an MBA from Macquarie University, a master’s in Management from Macquarie School of Management a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Psychology from Swinburne University of Technology. She has held many top executive roles in over 27 years including but not limited to General Manager of Communications for Anglicare; Director of Anglican Aid and Managing Director of Cameron and Partners Group. She is a fellow with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Institute of Management, The Australian Marketing Institute, a member of the Australian Anthropological Institute, Fundraising Institute of America and UN Women Australia.
When Dearne isn’t leading companies to greatness, she can be found traveling or reading historical fiction near her home where she lives with her husband and adult son in New South Wales, Australia.
