Dr. Raffaella Romeo is a Clinical Hepatologist with a background of molecular biology lab investigation. Dr. Romeo specializes in chronic infections and autoimmune diseases, and works for IRCCS Fondazione Cà Granda, Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico, University of Milan. Additionally, she became qualified in 2014 for the role of Associate Professor of Gastroenterology.
 
Dr. Romeo has authored more than 40 full papers on International Journals, and is regularly invited to speak at international meetings. Her major fields of expertise are hepatitis viruses B, C and D, hepatocellular carcinoma, and autoimmune-related liver diseases.
 
With over 20 years of experience in her field, she plans on continuing to succeed and grow in her profession. Her dream is to streamline hospitals on an international level so that they can become more efficient to better help patients.
 
Dr. Romeo received her MD at Milan University in 1989, and also holds a PhD in Clinical Methodology. She is able to help patients near her home in Milan, Italy. She is available for international consultations and collaborations either on clinical or research programs.
