Over his 15 years’ experience in sales and marketing, Fabricio has a compendium of achievements. He has a career based in fast moving consumer goods, health care and cosmetics businesses at worldwide multinational companies such as Ambev/ABInbev , Unilever and Merck. Throughout his time with these companies he successfully orchestrated a Business Unit turnaround lead resulting in increased profitability. He was in charge of “Go to Market” and sales force re-deployment for several organizations. He has a proven record of share and revenue growth through Large Key Account Management and he has been the project manager of strategic product launches. Fabricio has sat on several local and regional boards and acts in the capacity of auditor and counselor for the Sales Excellence Program. He has post graduate qualifications from Harvard Business School and Duke University, an MBA from FundaçãoGetúlio Vargas and Bachelor’s degree in Business from UniversidadeEstadual de Londrina. He is a former affiliated with the local OTC Association.
Fabricio lives in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil with his wife and son where he enjoys travelling, diving, playing soccer and going to the gym. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
