Horacio Saccoman is a Life and Business Strategist with a business and engineering background and more than 50 years of professional international experience. Horacio dedicates his time to coaching, nurturing and developing first, second and third generation family-owned businesses, as well a blue chip level local and international companies across North, Central and South America.
 
Truly a global citizen, Horacio has worked in 15 countries worldwide and lived in 9. He demonstrates a “leading by coaching” outlook to his consultancy, and focuses his attention on producing double-digit growth results for clients in the Latin American and Caribbean markets. A natural-born problem solver, Horacio demonstrates a meticulous attention to detail while keeping sights and targets set on the bigger picture.
 
Originally from Brazil, Horacio speaks fluent English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian. Beginning work as a plant worker at age 10, he learned the value of hard work and the operations of big business from the ground up. Discovering an interest in chemical compounds, Horacio began initial pursuits in chemical engineering, branching out into entrepreneurial endeavors as his career flourished.
 
He holds a Finance Administration Postgraduate degree from Getulio Vargas University, a Master of Business Administration from Mackenzie University, a Postgraduate degree in Safety and Hygiene Engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia Armando Alvares Penteado, a degree in Chemistry and Industrial Engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia Armando Alvares Penteado and a degree in Chemistry from Mackenzie University.
 
He founded and continue to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of personnel and human resources company Human Spectrum, Inc. , also he founded and served as President and CEO of  the training and teaching firm Dale Carnegie Venezuela, C.A. Additionally, he worked as he served as Corporate Executive Chairman of Confiteca Group in Ecuador, and as  the  Corporate Executive Director of Drake Beam Morin (DBM), in Venezuela.
 
During 30 years with Warner Lambert, he held several technical responsibilities, as well as the President’s positions of Uruguay, Chile, Ecuador and Venezuela, when he was transferred to Pfizer as Regional President BD for Latin America.
 
Horacio’s broad career has also spanned a range of specialties, to include the fragrance and flavors industry and academics. While a teacher of Chemistry at a private high school and business institute, he was awarded Teacher of the Year for Organic, Inorganic and Chemistry classes.
