Ilse-Marie van de Wall has a motto: UMFUTHO. Borrowed from the Zulu language meaning: to be passionate and driven. She says life has a way to test you through personal and professional events and it is what you make of them that will make or break you.  As the proud owner and Financial Director of BEST-LLAW (Pty) Ltd., Ilse-Marie specializes in Health & Safety as well as Employee Wellness, striving to ensure that throughout the day she is living UMFUTHO. BEST-LLAW is a Comprehensive Compliance Management company. They specialize in Industrial Relations, Health & Safety, Human Resources, Skills Development, Employment Equity, BEE and much more. Ilse-Marie focuses her attention on administrative responsibility, compliance management, and company management.
 
Ilse-Marie says being passionate and driven about what you do and who you are automatically gives you the advantage to ensure that whatever the weather may be you will get through to the other side. BEST-LLAW, Health & Safety and everything in between has become part of a lifestyle, striving to achieve excellence, client satisfaction and more for her. With a bachelor’s degree focusing on Music and Psychology from University of Pretoria in 2011, she is currently furthering her studies focusing on Health & Safety Legal Studies. She has also completed several extra courses including the NEBOSH GC and Samtrac. Ilse-Marie believes in continuous education and will always be a student in some form.
 
BEST-LLAW services clients nationally. Ilse-Marue wants to be able to open permanent offices in several of the regions including the Western Cape & Durban. She has had numerous opportunities to attend various seminars and workshops to learn the value of professional and business networking. This experience has propelled her into reaching out to other groups to become part of international networking systems.
 
Ilse-Marie van de Wall has dedicated her professional career to the progression and advancement of the legal services industry. Her company will expand and grow with the solid effort and faith that she puts into it. She is fluent in Afrikaans, English and some French.
 
Keeping up with her own personal fitness is important to Ilse-Marie, and she also enjoys camping and watching sports. She resides in Montana Park, Pretoria, South Africa.
