Leandro Aranha is the Founder and Executive Director of Geoflorestas, a company whose corporate purpose is the provision of technical consulting and services specializing in the environmental and geoprocessing areas. The company’s goal is to provide environmental services and solutions of excellence based on GIS technology.

Leandro is an expert in the Sugar Cane and Soy Bean industry and specializes in sustainability, GIS, environmental awareness, management, environmental policy, conservation, and business and marketing strategy. He holds a Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences from Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Sao Paulo, earned in 2007, and a Masters degree in Forest Sciences/Forestry/Forest Ecosystems Conservation, earned at University of Sao Paulo in 2011. Leandro is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

In his free time, Leandro enjoys the outdoors, surfing and playing soccer and golf. He credits his success to opportunity, ambition, and hard work. Leandro hopes to continue to grow the company as the worldwide leader in developing environmental solutions based on software for geoprocessing.
