Marina Pullin is the Managing Director of MCBI , Australia’s premium professional resourcing and consulting firm.. She lives and breathes improvements and customer service. A driven and experienced change management and strategy professional, Marina loves a challenge and the opportunity to make a positive difference with people and businesses.
 
Marina has worked throughout China, the United States, Australia and Germany as a management consultant and senior executive for global businesses including IBM, EDS and across Australian with Telstra. Her greatest passion is working with organizations of all sizes to assist in improving financial outcomes, performance & productivity. Her broad skill set extends across finance, project management, commercialization and operational planning; making her extremely valuable to her clients seeking a strong multi disciplined improvement professional to support their projects or business strategy.
 
Marina is a private investor, commercialization consultant and advisor to entrepreneurs and inventors seeking to get ahead and not make the same mistakes. In a non-paid capacity, Marina is also a mentor and judge for the local HP Entrepreneurial Challenge held each year in South Australia.
 
She reflects on her career with pride, she realizes the time is right for her to stand up and showcase her talent and achievements. She led the re-mediation of the Australian Warship Destroyer Program, the establishment of the Basel (global standard) for Bendigo Adelaide Bank and many other significant jobs – all whilst running a successful professional services firm for over 10 years. She recognizes that many women need to step forward and celebrate those who are focused, kind, driven, innovative, ethical, risk taking and sophisticated.
 
More recently, she has started to indulge her love of social issues with her commercial talent, and has established an innovative not for profit, The Here for Good Foundation. She serves in the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Governor Leadership Foundation, and Recruitment and Consulting Services Association in Australia and New Zealand.
 
She earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Adelaide in 2007, and enjoys mountaineering, trekking, health, cooking, wine, art, and film in her spare time. She resides in Adelaide, South Australia.
