Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Mikael Kiltorp
Mikael Kiltorp is the CIO of Teleperformance Nordic one of the largest customer service provider in the Nordic region with over 2600 employees across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Teleperformance Nordic specializes in customer services including OMNI-channel, CRM, customer acquisition, social media, back office processing, debt collection, multilingual services and technical support services. Nordic Region is art of Teleperformance Global that is the largest and the worldwide leader in customer services around the globe. Mikael is an expert in project management, operational management, business development, IT security and a wide spectra within information technology services, and has often been credited for his achievements.
After finishing his University studies, Mikael rose through the ranks in systems and project management operations at companies including PPM, Manpower Outsourcing, Contact Center, and Business Solutions, Anthill International, and H1 Communication. He has also started and managed several own companies in which he also worked as a private consultant, servicing industry giants such as Ericsson, ICA Banken among others. Before joining Teleperformance Nordic, Mikael served as the Regional IT Director Northern Europe for Transcom World Wide. Besides his daily work today Mikael is earning his master’s in Leadership through Probana Business School.
Mikael is a social, results-oriented leader creative and proactive person with the ability to structure and enforce, Mikael is a born leader. Mikael credits his success to a genuine interest and passion in operations and usage of technology together with a vast breadth of experience in senior management and business development with highest focus on delivery. He has always held an “objective holistic approach.” Mikael resides with his family in Gustavsberg, Sweden. He speaks fluent Swedish and English, and enjoys golf and gymnastics in his spare time.
