Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Nikki Kennedy

 

Nikki Kennedy, an experienced HR professional working in the industry since 2005, is currently the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Packers Plus Energy Services. Packers Plus is an innovator of leading-edge downhole completions specializing in horizontal multi-stage fracturing. Nikki is experienced in employee relations, leader coaching and development, diversity and inclusion, and progressive discipline.

With experience in both manufacturing and retail sectors as an HR manager, with both small and large organizations, Nikki adds an array of expertise to any company. She brings a personal passion around diversity and inclusion to her workplaces as well as coaching skills which focus on developing leaders and growing their soft skills. Further experience includes knowledge of the health, education, and special waste treatment industries.

Ms. Kennedy has earned a Bachelors of Management in Human Resources and Labor Relation from the University of Lethbridge, 2006. She is a part of various business associations such as the Human Resource Institute of Alberta- Edmonton Chapter, alumna at the University of Lethbridge, alumna at BYU-Idaho, volunteer with KSPS (PBS, Spokane, Calgary, Edmonton) as Meet and Greet Coordinator for Celtic Thunder, volunteer work through IKEA planting trees, volunteer with Mustard Seed working with low income families, and a volunteer through The Home Depot with Habitat for Humanity.

Recognized for her accomplishments and efforts, Nikki was awarded the Women in Leadership Award in 2011 through the Orange Women’s Network (Associate Resource Group) The Home Depot Canada, Recognition of Individual Efforts to Promote Diversity and Inclusion In and Out of the Workplace, through Training, Awareness, and Partnership.

Nikki Kennedy’s future goal is to complete the CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation and acquiring training focused on Adult Education. Nikki is an avid reader, enjoys fiction writing, folk-art painting, and cross-stitching. She loves movies, music, live concerts, theatre, sports, and being the CEO of her three children – sons Taylor and Joshua, and daughter Alexandra.
