Víctor Santini is the General Director and Partner of Instalaciones Elemsa, Mexico, an engineering and project management firm leading the way in manufacturing and product engineering solutions. With 30 years of experience in the field, Víctor leads the implementation of key business and operation strategies, conducts research on new opportunities and oversees the implementation and follow up on each project. A skilled negotiator, he and Instalaciones Elemsa are known for the exceptionally high quality results they provide, to meet or exceed both national and international standards in design, civil, electrical and mechanical engineering.
Prior to joining Instalaciones Elemsa, Víctor shared his expertise with such international heavy hitters as Iberdrola Ingeniería & Construcción and ICA Fluor. Highly skilled not only in the technical side of engineering and construction, but also as an entrepreneur, Víctor has the singular advantage of unilaterally understanding the facets of the enterprise he runs. He has worked in power, refining, gas liquefaction facilities, air separation and gas compression units, chemical and petrochemical facilities, iron and steel foundries, and nuclear power facilities.
After earning a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, Víctor returned to school to complete a Master of Business Administration summa cum laude from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
In recent years, Víctor has increasingly served as a mentor to his team and to up and coming engineers and business professionals, alike. He has performed inspections, both pre-purchase and investigative of industrial and commercial facilities, and credits his success to the ability to integrate all levels of his team.
Víctor resides in San Geronimo, Mexico and speaks English, Spanish and French. In his spare time, he enjoys sharing and cooking meals with his wife and children.
